Soil fertilizer in hand

In our laboratory it is possible to perform tests in organic, mineral-organic, mineral fertilizers, soil improvers and substrates. We are also authorized to test products, processes and services in organic farming.

The Law on Fertilizers and Soil Enhancers (Official Gazette no. 163/03, 40/07, 14/14)  and related bylaws regulate quality, quality control, labeling, trade and supervision in the trade of mineral fertilizers as well as the production and supervision of mineral fertilizers .

For mineral fertilizers that do not bear the label "EC fertilizer", the Ordinance on mineral fertilizers (Official Gazette No. 61/07) and the Ordinance on entry in the Register of Fertilizers (Official Gazette No. 61/07) prescribe the conditions that must be met if they are to be placed. on the market.

Mineral fertilizers bearing the label "EC Fertilizer" are regulated by Regulation (EC) no. 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 and the Law implementing Regulation (EC) no. 2003/2003 on fertilizers (Official Gazette No. 81/13) .

Also, the producer of this fertilizer, in accordance with the definition of the Regulation, must be established in the European Union.
